Since the age of 4, Alicia Herron has been playing the game of softball. As an accomplished former Division I student-athlete and Academic All American, First Team, with collegiate coaching experience; she’s committed to developing future leaders on and off the diamond.
Coach Alicia is a multifaceted and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership, teaching, mentoring, advising, and organizational skills. Some of her coaching strengths are her resourcefulness and ability to generate excitement and interest.
After playing professionally for four seasons, Coach Alicia has coached at the D1 level for four years at the University of New Mexico (1) and Iowa State University (3). Coach Alicia has also been proud to serve the softball community from across the world; from Italy to Australia, and across the United States at the highest competitive level. Coach Alicia has provided elite instruction and consulting services to beginning and experienced softball players alike in offense, defense, agility and pitching. She is not only committed to producing quality athletes but ensuring both mental and mechanical techniques are tailored to the athlete and current situation. Having dedicated her life to softball, she has exceeded her dreams of being a professional softball player with experience of coaching and playing at the highest level and continues to pay it forward by helping build the next generation of ballers!
Alicia Herron completed her career as the Ohio State record holder in career runs scored (168), second in home runs (49) and RBI (176), third in hits (226), fourth in triples (11) and doubles (40) and fifth in walks (113) and batting average (.367). A four-time All-Big Ten and All-Region selection, she concluded her Buckeye career with a .378 average, 48 runs scored, 51 hits and 14 home runs in 2012. As a freshman, Herron helped the Buckeyes advance to its first Super Regional in program history after breaking the OSU freshman home runs record with 14 in 2009. Herron also excelled in the classroom during her time at Ohio State, becoming the first Buckeye in program history to be named a first team Academic All-American. Herron, who graduated from The Ohio State University in fall of 2012 with a degree in speech and hearing sciences, was a three-time Academic All-District and Academic All-Big Ten honoree and a four-time OSU Scholar-Athlete.

Lisa Iancin is currently the hitting coach for the professional softball team the New York Rise. She competed in the National Pro Fastpitch (NPF) league for 5 seasons, gathering a national championship in 2004 with the New York/New Jersey Juggernaut and in 2006 with the New England Riptide. In 2005, Iancin was named the NPF Defensive Player of the Year.
In college, Iancin earned a full scholarship to the University of California, Berkeley. Among her accolades as a Golden Bear are First Team All-Pac 10 and back-to-back appearances at the Women’s College World Series in 1999 and 2000. Internationally, Iancin played for Team Bussolengo, Italy in 2001.
Iancin was the Assistant General Manager of the Tennessee Diamonds for the 2010 National Pro Fastpitch (NPF) season. Prior, Iancin was the Marketing/Instruction/Public Relations Coordinator of the Jennie Finch Softball Academy – Diamond Nation in Flemington, New Jersey. From 2006-2009, Iancin was the Assistant Softball Coach at the George Washington University in which she concurrently completed a Masters in Tourism Administration with an emphasis in Sports Management.

Nick Dini has had a very successful career playing baseball in the MLB with the Kansas City Royals, NY Mets, and Tampa Bay Rays Organizations.
Nick’s College Playing Career consisted of accolades including:
Professionally, Nick was a 14th Round Draft pick by the Kansas City Royals. From there, he went on to A-Ball in Lexington, AA-Ball in NW Arkansas, AAA-Ball in Omaha, and was promoted to the MLB as Catcher for the Kansas City Royals.
